We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Authorization Required

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.

and obtain return authorization from our support team.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

When contacting us, please include:

Your order number
Full name used for the order
Reason for the return
Photos of the item (if applicable)

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.

Free Return Shipping

Rinalvo™ provides free return shipping for approved returns.

After your return request has been authorized, our support team will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email along with return instructions.

Please do not send items back without receiving return authorization and a return shipping label from our support team.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@rinalvo.com so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Gift cards
Final sale items
Personalized or custom-made products
Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or misuse

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at info@rinalvo.com.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
